Anybody know how to enable this extension for PDFs thumbnails?, for example [[File:MyPDF.pdf|100px]]

My solution on this (based on FBT ver 1.0.1) Topic:S9d9o6f516w9n7n7

Next I'll try to work it on FBT ver 2.
