Hi,

my mediawiki installation is causing a segmentation fault with the following (slightly modified)

http://?????????/mediawiki/load.php?debug=false&lang=en&modules=mediawiki.legacy.commonPrint%2Cshared%7Cskins.monobook&only=styles&skin=monobook&*

which of course results in the styles not being applied. Other calls to load.php seem to be fine.

MediaWiki 1.21.1 PHP 5.4.13--pl0-gentoo (apache2handler) MySQL 5.1.67-log

Where to from here?

I have just tried that query on a wiki and it does not cause a segfault there. What does the Apache log say? It should contain further information...

Apache log has very little to say.

This is not the first time I see load.php consistently segfaulting on apache. But that's not reproducible for me neither.

That led to a this php bug report.

php 7.3 causes this. 7.0 or 7.4 does not have the same problem.

php 7.4 behaves the same after a while...

After each php version change it works for a while.

Your PHP is buggy, or some component that PHP depends on.
