There will be a lot of european style butter and house-made preserves for breakfast. (are those listed multiple times as ingredients, perhaps?)

Thanks for putting together what looks like a thoughtful and delicious menu of meals - reading it is making me hungry :-). I am particularly pleased to see the inclusion of high-qulaity proteins and gluten-free options.

Lunch formatting

It looks like each lunch offers 2-3 options, each of which contains various ingredients. Currently, it all runs into each other, so it's hard to see what contains what. I could take a stab at punctuating, but am afraid I might get it wrong.
