3.- I think is a usefull tool for follow ups.

4.- I find them very clear and well organized.

5.- I do not find any negative aspects at the moment.

7.- I like the shadowed background design. It drives the attention to what you are doing and highlights the dialogue. I feel it reduces the chances of deleting something by mistake.
