Really liking that the table of contents now moves as you scroll down. I can see where I am at, what's next, and can easily warp to where I want to go.

Hello, I've copied this comment to Talk:Reading/Web/Desktop Improvements. We limit the number of talk pages where we encourage people to talk, where we watch all discussions, etc.

When I open the sidebar via the "<<" on the upper-left corner, the table of contents disappears. When I close the sidebar, the TOC reappears. Is this intentional? If not, then can this be fixed?
