More ideas for product focus areas
editSome additional ideas on areas we can learn from:
- Regarding language, in addition to the need for switching languages, it may be good to identify which are the pattens the multilingual users follow. For example, do they move from local language to English when there is little content locally? Which language do they search by default? Does it depend on the topic?
- Where do people keep the interesting knowledge for future reference? Especially in a context where connectivity is not widely available, it may be interesting to see how people collect their knowledge.
- How people follow the development of current events online? Do they frequently access Wikipedia to check how a story evolves?
- Which factors do users consider to determine if a Wikipedia article is reliable?
- How do people learn from others? Which Wikipedia content is shared and how?
