Windows: Code page issue

We should have a documentation telling how windows users get UTF-8 support in their command shells, which apparently is not there automatically. I tried few things which I found via a Google search but bone of them worked. --Purodha Blissenbach (talk) 15:17, 26 May 2013 (UTC)
