Project:Account creators
For the purposes of Special:ListGroupRights and {{NUMINGROUP:accountcreator}} = 2, this group is now used here.
Users who are given the accountcreator flag ('accountcreator' user group) are not affected by the 6 account creation limit per day per IP, and can create accounts for other users without restriction.
The default settings grant the noratelimit user right to bureaucrats and sysops.
