Limit to the number of accounts which may be created within a 24-hour period from a single IP address (whether by unregistered or registered user), 0 to disable.

Cuentas creadas desde usuarios con el permiso noratelimit no son contadas.

Está configurado en 6 en los wikis de la Fundación Wikimedia.$wgMainCacheType must be set to a value other than CACHE_NONE for this setting to work.

When using a captcha, failed captcha attempts increment the number of account creation for the IP address. Have this in mind if you have a captcha implemented and you want to set the account creation limit too low. See task T233704
