The Inuka team reviewed the activities around Wikistories in the past year and gave an update on the newly released features, as shown in the slide deck, and their plans for the new fiscal year (2023-24). They also opened up the conversation with attendees to know what went well in our engagement and our activities in the past and what did not. The following is the conversation that followed:
- Can we have a re-engagement around the Indonesian Independence Day in August?
- I will check in with others on how to create more activities with the community.
- The Wikimedia Indonesian community can independently drive the engagement and organise events or campaigns to increase Wikistories content and awareness in Indonesian Wikipedia.
- Glad to help get the community excited about this & Wikistories has the potential, especially on Social media.
