Why Sub-section "With interwiki project prefix" is Invalid in MediaWiki

Hi @Pppery, apologies for not being clear in my wikitext comment. The statement is invalid because after prefixing MediaWiki's local prefix "mw" to the target page, the link appears bold instead of being clickable. For example, mw:Help talk:Self link should be clickable, but it isn't. On MetaWiki, the link is clickable. This is why the statement used in the documentation is invalid. I hope this clarifies it.
