This Help page is a misnomer - it does not provide any information on how to unprotect a protected page when you are the administrator who protected the page
It would be nice if instructions were provided on unprotecting a page you protected as the administrator.

@Pppery, I think this page and its talk page should be deleted. The information on Help:Protected pages is similar but well structured. I'll update Help:Protected pages with all the necessary content soon.
Deletion is the wrong tool here - the correct one is redirecting this page to Help:Protected pages, which should include information on both protecting and unprotecting (even though it currently doesn't).
