Is Newsletter stable enough to use on other WMF Production wikis?Edit
Hello. Is this Newsletter extension stable enough to be installed/used on further wikis? Meta-Wiki, for example, handle lots of crosswiki newsletters through MassMessage, e.g. m:Tech/News, which may benefit from Newsletter instead of weekly MassMessages.
