Translate the GitGadgets extension if it is available at translatewiki.net

GitGadgets will allow updating wiki pages based on a git repository. Unlike generic git-wikipage sync tools like Git2Pages or git-remote-mediawiki, it's specifically aimed at pages containing executable code and will have workflows specialized for that. It's mainly intended to be used for gadgets, but could also be used for Scribunto, plain templates etc.
