The FileImporter extension provides a simple interface accepting a single URL which can be used to import files to a wiki.

Installation

  • Download and place the file(s) in a directory called FileImporter in your extensions/ folder.
  • Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php:
    wfLoadExtension( 'FileImporter' );
    
  • Yes DoneNavigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the extension is successfully installed.
