This extension automatically adds categories to new file uploads based on keyword metadata found in the file. The following metadata types are supported:
- XMP (many file types, including JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)
- ITCP (JPG)
- ID3 (MP3)
- And more!
A new magic word {{FILECATEGORIES}}
is added by this extension. Adding this magic word to a file description page will automatically pull categories out of the file metadata and place the description page into those categories. This magic word will be automatically inserted into the page text of newly-uploaded files, but it will need to be manually added to existing files.
