The approach taken towards authentication and authorization in enterprise wikis is often different in key ways from that of Wikipedia. While Wikipedia embraces anonymous contributions, enterprise wikis typically rely on attributed content and the reputation of its authors. This talk will define some key terminology and discuss several enterprise wiki authentication and authorization extensions as well as strategies for integrating with corporate identity management systems.
