- Community Configurationdashboard
- The Special page that links out to all features that can be adjusted via Community Configuration. In other words, the page that includes links out to all Community Configuration editing forms.
- This page is located at

- Community Configurationediting form
- The Special page where a local wiki’s configuration is displayed, and changes to the associated configuration can be made by certain privileged user groups.
- This page have the same format:
Special:CommunityConfiguration/[feature name]
.
- Privileged user groups
- The initial release of Community Configuration is viewable by anyone, but is only editable by Admins. However, Community Configuration is designed to support more specificity in the future. For example, in the future there may be Community Configuration settings that can only be edited by Stewards, Interface Admins, or other privileged user groups.
- Configuration setting
- A specific piece of configuration on the Community Configuration editing form. For example, the Mentorship Community Configuration form includes a setting for the minimum number of days a user must be registered to sign up as a mentor.
- JSON files
- All configurations are stored in JSON files. Only Privileged user groups can edit these files. The Community Configuration editing form is an interface to edit these JSON.
