About Me

I am Thanuditha Ruchiranga Wickramasinghe. I am currently studying Computer Science and Engineering as a first year undergraduate student at University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. I have very good coding experience with java language as well as C language and also i have good knowledge in using MySQL. Currently i am engaged in mastering PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. My core interests lie in algorithms, image processing and artificial intelligence. Furthermore i am very much interested in contributing to the Open Source Web Based projects which actually makes me feel confidant about myself that i have done something beneficial to the whole world which in turn would give me a lot of self satisfaction. I consider even the tiniest contribution one makes to the open source movement as a great help done to the future of the mankind.

My skills and qualifications

• Oracle Certified Proffessional Java Developer (OCPJP).
• Experience in java, C and C++ languages
• Currently learning PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience in graphic designing (3D Studio MAX, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop)
• Knowledge in data structures and algorithms
• Ability to manage time

My work

• I have developed a fully functional Bussiness Managemnt System using java that uses MySQL as its database management service.
• Recently i had my interest turned towards web development and as a result i was successful in creating a JSP web application integrated with MySQL that allows users to enter and store some data in a MySQL database through a web page. The web application included data validations as well.
• Currently i am developing a particle collision simulator using java
