• Moved to under discussion: RFC Provide a suitable fallback for language access on all skins <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T104660>. This RFC impacts how responsive skins in MediaWiki display a page's available languages without JavaScript.

• Discussed: Stable interface definition from the draft policy <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Stable_interface_policy#Definition_of_the_Stable_Interface>. This policy is under discussion as part of RFC Establish stable interface policy for PHP code <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T193613>. The draft is currently open for comments at <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Stable_interface_policy>.

• Discussed: Test resvg on beta-cluster <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T243893>. Although not an RFC, this task relates to RFC Re-evaluate librsvg as SVG renderer on Wikimedia wikis <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T40010>.

• No public RFC discussion meeting next week.
