Wikimedia Security Team/Volunteers

In addition to those who work directly on the Wikimedia Security Team, the security of the WMF and MediaWiki rely on members of our community who are passionate about protecting our users. These volunteers continuously help find, report, triage and fix security vulnerabilities, as well as improve the security of our environment with thoughtful dialog and often direct support of affected users.

Volunteers listed here have an NDA with the WMF, and are members of the Security Phabricator group, giving them access to reported security issues. Some users are also current or former WMF staff, but hold access to security issues as volunteers.
