Wikimedia Search Team/Process

Process Overview

The current process is Kanban-ish, with no time-boxed sprints. The team has twice-weekly checkin meetings.

Phabricator

The umbrella project is Search-Team. Sub-projects used by the Search team include:

• CirrusSearch
• Wikidata-Query-Service
• ElasticSearch
• Wikimedia-Search
• Mediawiki-Search
• OpenStreetMap

There is general consensus that some of those projects could be combined and others archived.
