Highlights edit
Content Translation edit
Content Translation allows people to translate Wikipedia articles. Also check out out the newsletter and updates about version 2.
- Published deletion ratio comparison showing the percentage of deleted articles for those created with and without Content translation and how these evolved in time for the target wikis.
- Published the percentage of translations compared to total article creations, showing how much translation has been used as a way to create articles since Content Translation was available in different communities.
- Source article, which is being translated, is now displayed in Visual Editor's read-only mode to allow users to explore references, templates and other content with non visible information from the source article
- Paragraphs are now checked for potential machine translation abuse when input focus moves out of a paragraph.
- Content Translation is now more lightweight and less of a burden on every page view, transferring less data for every Wikipedia page
- Unpublished and very old ContentTranslation drafts are gradually being discarded. See details about process.

Translate edit
Wikimedia's software is translated to hundreds of languages using the Translate extension for MediaWiki. In addition it is used to translate help pages, newsletters, policies, announcements, banners, etc. It is installed on Wikimedia special projects, translatewiki.net and many other sites. Translate is part of MLEB.
- Special:SearchTranslations handles better some pathological search queries.
- Abijeet Patro fixed showing/hiding priority language notices on Special:Translate when language was changed using the selector.

Changes to translations and equivalent localisation data (magic words, namespace names) are not included in this list. The volunteer translators are updating translations every day to keep up with changes.
