After thinking, I have restructured the triggers as follows.
- Creating of an item with a particular word in either Label or Description. Example; An item with the word "wikidata" in either the Label or Description could be a trigger.
- Editing an item in Wikidata. Parameters for the item that wants to be tracked by IFTTT for editing are;
* ID (for example; Q1234)
* Label and Description, since both combine to be unique (no item should have the same label and description), we can use label and description for a trigger to edit Wikidata Item.
