Hey Scimonster,

As promised, here's some feedback on your essay to help you improve it :)

• It would help if you could add links to the pages you mention; for example, the Code-in task you worked on, your commits in Gerrit, bugzilla tickets, etc.
• It seems that your experience contributing to our projects hasn't been all unicorns and rainbows :) I think you're doing a good job at not being too negative, but I think there's room for being a bit more neutral, for example by explaining with more details why you were surprised / frustrated. It's not mandatory at all :) But I think it would make the voice of your essay more enjoyable to read.
• You do this in some places, but not everywhere: when something frustrated or surprised you, it would help to make sure you always add suggestions, to help us improve the experience for the people who come after you and make sure they don't encounter the same issues :)
