Quick notes

A couple quick notes:

• basic idea is good; we wanted to add this sort of thing to the app earlier but never got round to it so it's a wanted feature, and doesn't sound too large or too small a project
• recommend checking into whether server-side components will be needed (such as creating new API modules to report files grouped by certain criteria)
  • if so, start practicing mediawiki extensions :D
  • recommend making the queries something that can be shared with JavaScript web code or iOS app; try to keep it non-app-specific so it can be reused later
