I tend to remove pages that do not conform to the project scope. In short, if I removed it with that reason, you're more than likely in the wrong place. I provide the page content upon request. It helps if you provide the name of the page I deleted - I tend to delete a lot of pages, and it isn't obvious to me which page is yours.
