I'm starting a discussion about some New requirements for user signatures. It doesn't seem to me that this is "strategic, cross-cutting, or hard to undo", so I assume that TechCom doesn't want to have it handled as a full-on technical RFC. Could you please make sure that they've heard about it, though, and let me know if I've guessed wrong?
