General feedback

Would like to provide inline comments but in the absence of that, some high level comments that I think apply to most items in the list on this page:

1. Provide links to example patches/phab task/phab comments for each item, if possible.
2. Double-check wording for passive voice, make it clear who is responsible to do what. e.g. "Get it reviewed and merged" (who should review? Someone from the feature engineering team? A DBA?)
3. Link to templated task if it exists for item 2
4. Item 4 - " or it's not putting too much pressure on the databases.", how do we do that?
