Docs let's get devs off to a quicker start on API – there should be examples and more tangible into. Same goes for API:Quick_start_guide improve Manual:Developing extensions run through notes and todo list in User:Zakgreant/Manual_Namespace_Sweep update Manual:$wgLocaltimezone need to catch up with User:Simetrical about page ExternalAuth and friends. Manual:GenerateSitemap.php needs to have some of the questions in the talk page addressed.
