• Pick the right project type
• Customize the picture
• ProTip: Use milestones for columns
  • Advantages: shows up in search, move directly to column, each column can be its own workboard
  • Disadvantages: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
• Also use milestones for sprints
  • Burndown/burnup charts for free
• Filter workboards by user/open closed tasks/save views

🔍 Finding tasks

• Advanced task searching
  • Use the link to Advanced search
  • Any field with a "magnifying glass" icon has typeahead functions

📑 Bulk editing tasks

• You can bulk edit tasks from an search result screen
• Hold <shift> and click the task(s) to bulk edit
• Use the "Bulk edit selected" button at the bottom
• Great way to bulk edit tags
• Can also do this silently—ping an admin
