When put the mouse on the math node, there will appear a blue square on the top left corner. Maybe it is just because my local mediawiki doesn't have its own logo image, but this doesn't happen to other nodes or annotations on the page.
Not Fixed
When open the Math node inspector, don't edit anything then click somewhere else on the page, it will crush the visual editor as shown in the screenshot. The web browser console gives some information about this.
