• Discovered that the themes weren't working as properly and debugged that to no avail.

• More theme debugging, featuring a raging headache this time around.

• Lots and lots of refactoring of the theme system to make the themes work properly. (gerrit:153999)
• Add grey theme, remove broken dark theme & some old files. (gerrit:154000)
• Output a theme module only if there is such a module. (gerrit:154080)
• Correctly show the page title. (gerrit:154090)

• Worked on some of the stuff I committed on the next day.

• Separated the main page specific CSS from the base module and moved it to a separate module which is loaded only on the main page. (gerrit:154424)

• Wrote and published end-user documentation on MediaWiki.org
