According to this query, this extension used the hook GetFullURL but it is not listed in "Hooks used".

The "hooks used" parameter in the infobox is based off of extension.json. The Codesearch link you provided seems to be an abstract class that other extensions would use to implement the hook, not an implementation in itself.
