Is there any chance to have hidden keywords inside articles which are not displayed for the user but are sensed by the search?
Ideally, I would like to have a high weighting or prioritization in the search query.
Thank you very much for any idea.

Unfortunately I don't think that CirrusSearch is providing such feature.
CirrusSearch can ignore words Help:CirrusSearch#Exclude_content_from_the_search_index, or can boost certain pages using some templates Help:CirrusSearch#Boost-templates but unfortunately nothing that offers a place to put hidden keywords in the wikitext page that will get a very high rank when being searched for.
The closest that can be provide in the current setup might be redirects. They are considered alternate titles and generally matches there push the result up higher in the list.
