I don't think it's accurate that PostgreSQL can be used with the MediaWiki Docker image [anymore?], as of 2024-11-12 / 1.42. The pgsql PHP extension isn't enabled (...that I can see via phpinfo();), and the requisite library doesn't even appear to be present (in /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20210902/).
