Visual editor has an "insert" menu, where image, template, table etc. can be selected. Would be great if "diagram" would show up there in case Flex Diagrams is installed. AFAIK this can be done, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/VisualEditor/Gadgets#Triggering_a_command_using_a_toolbar_tool
