I'm not really familiar with Gerrit or all kinda stuff, but I can see from the GitHub repo that both Simplified and Traditional Chinese translations are corrupted by machine translation.
I'm already submitting correct translations on translatewiki.net but again the translations seem not to be updated to the original repo. For special pages alias, since it's not available from translatewiki.net, there's no way for me to change them.
How can I fix it?

Indeed, as you've noticed, regular UI strings' translations are exported from translatewiki.net (TWN) back to the source code repository for most MediaWiki things (extensions, skins, ...) maintained on WMF gerrit multiple times a week, but the same is not anymore true for special page aliases. For reasons I'm not familiar with, the old Special:AdvancedTranslate special page, which allowed translating special page names, was decommissioned quite many years ago, meaning that right now the only ways to translate special pages are basically to submit a Phabricator task or submit a patch directly to gerrit.
You can copy the current (incorrect) translations to your text editor from SocialProfile.alias.php, tweak them as needed and paste the results here; I can then submit those to the repository on your behalf. Please let me know how you'd prefer to be credited in the commit message.

P.S. The social tools family of extensions includes many other extensions, and many of them lack Chinese special page name translations altogether. I'd be happy to add them if you're interested in translating those as well. :-)

There's a lot of ambiguity in them, since basically all these wrong translations are due to the same word has a variety of meanings (e.g. the board can mean board of directors in some cases but not here). To prove that I'm not again using machine translation, I'll explain some of my changes.
Board: Changed to Wall for Simplified Chinese; There's a Message Wall previously on Fandom and the name is widely accepted. At least it's more accurate than "board of directors of users". Traditional Chinese changed the "board of directors of users" as well but I can't really decide which is the best word so I keep the basic meaning of the *board*, which now is "User Message board".
Top: I can't find a native express for Top Users; there are ways to express "Top 10 Users" sth like that tho. I changed "Top [name]" to "[name] leaderboard", since I can't find a more accurate word.
Board Blast: Corrected to "send a lot of messages to many one" using native expressions, instead of literally blasted board of directors.
I hope that someone could help me decide a better word for them, but that's all for now.

Thanks for the quick patch (as well as the detailed explanation)! I've committed and merged it, so the translations are now available to any and all users using the latest version of SocialProfile.
re:UserWiki namespace, it's sadly not possible to disable that. I'm pretty sure the related code is quiiiiiite old and could do with a lot of love...patches are always welcome. ;-) Likewise, the UserWiki_talk/User_profile_talk talk namespaces are super silly, because with SocialProfile you have regular user talk pages and UserBoards, so there's no reason for those to exist either, besides the fact that until very recently, MediaWiki mandated that "all namespaces must have an accompanying talk namespace"; as far as I'm aware, this restriction was at least theoretically lifted a version or a few versions ago, but I'm not sure how that'd work out in practise. Something to test on a rainy day...
Thank you for not only using the software, but for providing valuable feedback and contributions! While I have indeed been the primary developer for SocialProfile since 2008 and for most other social tools since 2008/2011, a lot of great, vital patches have come from the community; users who have used the software and found issues in it which have motivated them to look under the hood to see what's wrong. (Ah, the joys of open source software, where you can actually do that!) Not to mention internationalization and localization; back in 2008 the software was in pretty rough shape and hardcoded English strings were all too common. Now such issues should hopefully have all been weeded out in favor of properly i18nable messages which utilize the full power of MediaWiki's l10n framework. As a result, SocialProfile is now available in 97 (and counting!) languages, with at least 6 functionally complete translations. It's a mighty impressive effort in my opinion! (Though these stats are somewhat skewed in that SocialProfile and other social tools were absent from TWN for quite some time.)

I think it'll be done in a few strings. It's all done! Make sure all the translations are merged so that it can be delivered through LocalisationUpdate! (of course including my own wiki)
Seems like translatewikibot is not really frequent but I hope that my translations will be merged into master ASAP.
I have already seen some of my changes on translatewiki.net applying to my site. It's very rewarding actually.
Unfortunately I don't have enough time to do all of them for other extensions of Social Tools. Maybe I would do it when I'm free, but more likely I would choose to write articles on my wiki.

I recently noticed a bug, that if I don't specify a "Chinese" group, some of the name would not work if you set site language as 'zh'.

Other extensions contain this bug as well, because currently zh set fallback for zh-hans, thus other variants can't work.
