The solution described on this page doesn't work with MediaWiki 1.34.1. Most of the toolbox entries no longer link to the correct pages. For example, the entry for WHATLINKSHERE links to the non-existent page with the title What links here instead of to Special:WhatLinksHere/xxx(where 'xxx' is the title of the current page).
