Topic on API talk:Client code/All

I support the idea behind this page, to evaluate new libraries before making them look "official" by including in the main list. However, the current organization doesn't seem to be working, almost nobody is editing the "All" subpage.

Maybe we can try something else, such as including evaluation templates on each library, which records the last time a reviewer looked at the library?

Still interested in other people's opinions: this page may be hiding useful information more than protecting users from immature client libraries. I'm not in a good position to urge a merge however, since I've written one of the libraries here.

So if I want to add a library of my own right now, how should I do it?
