Topic on Help talk:Reference Previews

In a significant number of articles, certain reference lists indicate footnotes, not sources (notably, {{efn}} lists, which use the lower-alpha reference group). Would it be technically possible to display something like "Note" instead of "Reference" for such lists? "Reference" incorrectly implies that the note text indicates a source.
