Topic on Talk:Kask/Flow

I think it would be nice if the page started with an architecture overview. First something that explains what it's for for someone for whom "multi-master replicated opaque key-value data store" isn't entirely sufficient. Then something to give an indication how multi-master replication is implemented. Also a few words to indicate if any authentication is needed (or planned), and if there's any searching planned.

I'd be happy to help draft this, if someone who knows the software can chat with me so I can learn the things I need. I'm afraid reading the Go source is currently beyond me.

Thanks for the feedback @LarsWirzenius!

We agree the documentation could benefit from an architecture overview section and would like to take you up on your offer to help draft this section. Would you prefer a chat via hangout or IRC?

LarsWirzenius (talkcontribs)

I think for this, hangout would be better, as it's likely to be discussion that benefits from higher communication bandwidth than IRC can handle.

Great, I'll schedule the meeting.

Thanks for the meeting. I've done a (small) update to the page now, I hope it's correct. If not, please fix. :)
