Steps to reproduce 1. Click pencil to edit section 2. Make edit 3. Save page

Page scrolls back to section.

Page shown on top.
It seems reasonable that the user would like to see the saved section. Currently they'll need to scroll or try browser find.
Possible solution:
- Scroll to edited section.
- Show note on top with link to allow user to jump to section.
