Extension working very well! Thank you! Is there any way to add it automatically to all published pages and for the every new page?

You can use an extension such as Extension:Replace Text to add it to existing pages, and use an extension such as Extension:BoilerRoom or Extension:MultiBoilerplate to manage page templates. That's the best I can come up with right now :-)
