Hello Mr. Graham87, I tried to make an account with Wikipedia today and found that my IP address is blocked by you due to abuse in Dog and Rapper Vandal from Pennsylvania. I do not understand why I have been blocked since I have never had an Wikipedia account ever and I have never been to or live in Pennsylvania. I would greatly appreciate being unblocked by you. I will also be reaching out to Wikipedia itself to take steps to find out why I am blocked by you. Thank you!

Hello, unfortunately the block affects all TMobile customers in the US; this was the only way to slow down the dog and rapper vandal. However you can request an account.
