I need help. I just joined and created an account. But it won’t let me log in and I know I put it in the way I created. What do I do?

Where did you join? on your own mediawiki installation? Or here on mediawiki.org? On another wikimedia project? Can you go to "Special:RequestNewPassword"? (have it email you a link to change your password)
