It just isn't visible at all - the page loads and its not there. I'm not sure how I could find out more specific information about why...

Could you provide an exact link? Is it broken for all tools in the XTools suite (Page History, Edit Counter, etc.)? Do you see anything, or is it a completely blank page?

If the page loads, but you're just missing the charts, it might be a JavaScript issue. For that see w:en:WP:JSERROR on how to report any errors. Thanks!
