Now that there is only one option for download as pdf (which finally seems to be working except for long pages taking a very long time to create pdf) I don't see the need to have to go to a separate page to download the pdf. Perhaps when you release it and don't need the notice that there are problems, just start the pdf download from the topic page, perhaps with an indented "leave feedback on pdf) link.
