The developer's website no longer has the linked file, and it appears the whole website has been removed from public access.
Unfortunately, neither archive.org or archive.is has a snapshot..
1) Does anyone have a copy of the zip file that can be linked ( as a mirror sort of thing ) ?
2) If not, this page probably needs to be retired from active duty, as it's useless without its payload.
