Wanted pages don't update right. Google tells me that's a problem in many places. Even on this wiki it has a comment that it isn't updated but cached ~a day ago. How can I implement this on my own mediawiki? Or are there other solutions?
Edit: I fixed the page on my wiki by running Manual:rebuildall.php - is that the best solution, though?
Though this is a four year old thread, it's one of the first in Google for this issue. I was able to fix it by running UpdateSpecialPages.php.
You are correct. I never updated this ages ago, but I ended up adding Manual:updateSpecialPages.php to the script I run as a cron job every night to do some of the housekeeping the wiki doesn't seem to do automatically.
